Why 300 KB?

Job, exam and passport portals often ask for documents as one PDF under 300 KB. A phone photo of a page is usually 2 to 5 MB on its own, so the images need shrinking as well as converting.

How it works

  1. 1

Choose your JPG or PNG images. They are read by your browser on this device.

  2. 2

Put them in order, and pick the page size and margins.

  3. 3

Convert, then save one PDF, or one PDF per image.

Good to know

  • Photos taken sideways are turned the right way up, as your phone shows them.
  • Each image keeps its full quality unless you set a size limit.

Why it's private

  • Processed in your browser

The tool runs on your device. There is no upload step and no server that receives your files.

  • Works offline

Wait for Offline ready before disconnecting. OCR and Office conversion also need their engines saved on this device.

  • No ads or trackers

Tool pages load no ads, no analytics scripts and no third-party code.

Questions

How many photos fit in 300 KB?

Usually two or three photographed pages at clear reading quality. Crop each photo to just the document first and more will fit.

How do you get the PDF under 300 KB?

We put your images into one PDF, then make them smaller step by step, checking the size each time, and keep the best quality that fits.

What if it cannot reach 300 KB?

You get the smallest PDF we could make and a plain message saying so. Try fewer images, crop the photos to just the document, or use a larger limit.

Is my file uploaded?

No. The conversion runs in your browser on this device, and keeps working offline once the page has loaded.
