We read every message
Contact us
Questions, problems, ideas or a privacy request: email us. Staydoc is a one-person project, so there's no call centre, but a person reads every message.
What to write about
Something isn't working
Name the tool, what you expected, what happened instead, any error message, and your browser and device.
Write about thisPrivacy and your data
Ask to see, correct or delete your account data, or raise a grievance. Write from the email address on your account so we can tell it's you.
Write about thisA security issue
Tell us privately and give us a reasonable time to fix it before you publish anything.
Write about thisFeedback and ideas
A tool you're missing, something confusing, or something you like. All of it helps.

Please don't send your documents
Our tools never see your files, and we would rather not either. Describe the problem instead. If one particular file causes it, try to make it happen again with a file that holds nothing private, and send that one.
Why there's no contact form
This site is only static files, and its server accepts no uploads of any kind, not even a form. Email keeps it that way. How we handle what you send us is in the privacy policy.
